The customer had placed her order in at the Economy rate, which does not provide guaranteed pickup and delivery dates...only estimates. We do offer a Select rate which guarantees delivery dates. Our shipping agents explain when the order is taken, as well as in the Order Form, the terms of each of our shipping rates. We do apologize for any lack of communication. Our office was not open full business hours over the holiday weekend, so we do apologize that the customer was unable to reach us. If any carrier fails to offer excellent service to our customers, the carrier's preferred status with AmeriFreight is reviewed. Our office shows no record of an attorney contacting our company. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding with the shipping rates and for the inconvenience this caused her. We are glad to hear that she has recieved her vehicle and in good condition.
