This was a mint BMW M-5 that had to be transported from California to Georgia, and I was concerned about its welfare for the move. I got a number of bids from 5 star brokers and AmeriFreight had the best price. Jerimiah was very helpful in taking the order and lining up a shipper. The driver never called me as we expected, so we were confused about when the car would be picked up.; but he did call my agent who was handling the pickup. A morning pickup that had been scheduled was later changed to late afternoon by the driver.
We were notified by the shipper on Friday that we could expect delivery on Monday, Labor Day, and that the driver would call with a time, which he did. The delivery was fine, the car was dirty as expected, and the total transport time took 9 days. There was no damage- except some paint scraped from front edge of rear fender well that wedidn't find it until the car was detailed. My bad.
We did a couple of messages for AmeriFreight during the time of shipment, but they never called us back.
All in all, a good experience. I would use them again.
