The interested transporters only contact you a few days before the availability date, which gives you close to no time to raise competition between transporters when time is tight. This ended up being more expensive than initially estimated by the broker.
Also, I live near Boston so i had to drive 30 minutes to the area where the truck was picked up but the transporter paid for the drive back home.
Once my truck was on the flatbed, everything ran very smooth and timely: perfect delivery.
