Good service and communications in finding a carries. Price was reasonable; not the lowest. But the communications with the carrier selected was unacceptable. We had to repeatedly contact them regarding scheduling. They never called as they promised. For the drop off, I was told they would call 2 hours prior to delivery with a estimate window of 5-7 PM. Driver called at 5 PM to say he would be there in 4 minutes! While AmeriFrieght's agent was great to work with, I didn't feel the were going to follow up with the carrier. I would not want another customer to get the same carrier unless the communications improved.
