The assigned agent Sy Morgan was very patient and helpful. He understood that a dad shipping his daugter's car 2600 miles has some pressure to make things work. It did. Sy knew what he was doing and asked for patience in putting the trip together. I would definately use this company and would try to get Sy Morgan as my contact person.
