Since I contacted them I was very skeptical, and I gave Jonathan a hard time because my furniture was picked up by another moving company a month prior, and was not yet delivered (truck was stolen...etc). But I guess he gave me enough confidence to try them. I chose the expedited service, he said pick up should be within 2 business days, and delivery within 5-7 days. So...
