Cosmo was extremely helpful in getting my shipping taken care of. I had to ship a vehicle from the east cosat to the west coast. The car was delivered without any issue and picked up in a timely manner. Cosmo was in constant communication with me the entire way through including through delivery.
That said, the entire shipping industry is a very unfortunate sham. If my industry worked the way this industry did there would be very big problems. I'm so regulated in everything I do and it is clear that the shipping industry has absolutely no regulation. I shopped for pricing and not one company that sent me quotes was able to honor the quote that was offered which is absurd. Thankfully, your company had the closest price to the initial quote and I was very happy with the service that Cosmo gave me.
