Crystal was great to work with on the front end getting my shipment registered and out for bid. We were in the bid process and her counterpart (can't remember her name, sorry!) that worked Memorial Day weekend provided a seamless transition. My only complaint, the bid from the actual provider came back 60%+ higher than originally posted and I didn't get much guidance on whether that was a good price or not and obviously I'm not an expert. In all fairness, I didn't ask for any guidance either. All in all, I had a great experience with Crystal and the team at AmeriFreigh and would recommend.
