My experience with this company was very good. I switched to Amerifreight after being badly treated by another company. Jonathan was very sympathetic and was very knowledgeable. He explained the process of getting a car onto a truck in a way that made sense to me and eased some of my frustration (the other company was rude, and they contracted a carrier that would not communicate with us or with the pick-up contact. They tried to pick up my car in California five hours late and at midnight). We had no problems with Amerifreight, and Jonathan even communicated with me over the Fourth of July weekend and on his cell phone. He was fantastic!

The price was a little high- I would not have paid for premium transport if I had not gone through hell with the other company and wasn't already fed up with the whole process. I was a little nervous about the open carrier but the car was fine (just dirty!). I wasn’t sure about tipping—we tipped our driver even though the operator said not to. He made a comment about his “miserable life” of driving non-stop and we couldn’t NOT give him a tip. All in all, though, good experience.
