I placed my order on 07/09/2009 for a priority Delivery on 07/17/2009. The car was in Chicago and had to be delivered in houston, TX. I later called back to change the delivery to a regular at $535 as I was quoted originally. with this rate I am not guaranteed a pick up and Delivery time. All should happen within 7 days.
the next day on 07/10/2009 Raechel called me and submitted an offer the carrier made , to still transport the car in priority at $600. the car would be pick up the same day or on monday 07/13/2009 and delivered on friady 07/17/2009. At the time the car was not clear for pick up at the Auction in Chicago. So, I declined the offer. During the week end we were able to clear the car for pick up and I called Reachel on Monday to see if the offer was still on the table . Amy called me back to confirm the $600 priority delivery.
the car was pick up on Wenesday 07/15 early morning, but the truck stayed in the Chicago area for another 2 days. I realised that when i called the driver. Then I called reachel, who explained me that only the pick up is priority and guaranteed to be on time, not the delivery.
Why would I need to have the car pick up on time if it will not be delivered on time. I should have read the 100 pages shipping Aid they sent me more carefully. perhaps i would have seen it.
Anayways, the car was delivered on Monday 07/20/2009. No harm, no Fault.
Just make sure you read thouroughly thos 100 pages before you place your order.
