i was a little bit overwhelmed with shipping my car. read all the reviews and they were right. they contacted me right away and the carrier contacted me an hour later.
due to a situation, i had to change my destination point. amerifreight was able to contact the carrier and i was able to ship to a different location. the carrier called before picking up my vehicle and provided me more detail about the shipping process. i felt very confident leaving my car with the carrier.
overall, it was a great experience for me.
