I knew nothing about the car transport service. There were a lot of carriers out there and the amount of information was pretty overwhelming. Chantell at AmeriFreight was great. I asked her all my questions and not only did she have answers but she did so calmly and with a very pleasant personality. She made me feel comfortable with sending my car across the country. She helped explain everything so that I didn't feel like I was being kept in the dark. When I met up with the transporter he was a very easy going guy and very accommodating. He called me 30 min before getting close to the city so that I would be prepared and we agreed on the closest destination for me to drop off my car. Overall, I'd do it again.
