Good service, fast processing, needs better invoice system

Process and everything was good. Company that picked up my car was great and on time. 3 star review because despite me asking several times Amerifreight was unable to provide an actual invoice in document format. All I received was email text saying how much I paid which doesn’t work well when dealing with company reimbursements. Also 3 star review because C.S.R called, texted, and emailed me repeatedly for the sole purpose of begging for a 5 star review.
