Great communication from my agent. They were constantly trying to get me a carrier and stayed in contact the entire time. Only problem was that they would call me between 5 and 7 in the morning because they were on the east coast. This sometimes either woke me or I would miss their call. With the amount of same day pickup offers I got I missed a few of them because I woke up a few hours after the call.
