I was moving right at the end of December which is a terrible time to relocate bc drivers are less available due to holidays. I did stress a little at the beginning because I wasn't hearing anything back,but they provided contact information so I was able to call and get ahold of the person actually working on my transport. They let me know there was a driver shortage but they were working on it. I think the driver shortage was made worse by the pandemic. Eventually they did find a driver and I was able to ship my car on time. Last time I shipped my car my phone got flooded with calls for a whole month so it was nice to not have to experience that again. The one thing to keep in mind is no matter what broker you use,you won't be able to choose the actual transporter. My drivers were mostly fine,communication was good and it was delivered on time but I did notice the paint on my car is now extremely scratched up and it might be too late for me to do anything about it. Price was comparable to other services. I wish they were less aggressive about getting a review. Nothing like having an item added to my to-do list when I am trying to wrap up a major life change.
