The company was responsive to my questions and concerns. They email me whenever there is any updates about the shipment (payments, order updates, dispatch...etc).
Pick up was late but my agent worked hard to assign a carrier to my order. I was able to meet one just a day after the window. Then, the delivery was late too. However, the carrier keep me updated throughout the shipment and we communicated very well. Since I had to work, for my conveniences, he actually waited to deliver the car to me at night. I thought that was really nice.
The price was reasonable. I received $20 off for online order, $30 off for student discount, and $50 off for late services. I would use AmeriFreight again.
