Absolutely flawless process from beginning to end. Very informative throughout- provided detailed email stating all the details to a smooth experience. Also, I contacted the AmeriFreight several times to ask various questions. Each time, they picked up after only a few wings. Usually, I talked to the same person. Overall, easy to contact and patient in making sure the shipper has all the information needed for a painfree experience. Good job by Rachael, Kristin, and Lesley.

Vehicle picked up one day before requested pick-up date and delivered exactly on time as we requested. Car shipped from location close to St Louis, IL to Edwards AFB, CA.

Actual carrier was Roberts Auto Transport. Driver was extremely professional and let us know at pick-up exactly what to expect. Car shipped from location close to St Louis to Edwards AFB, CA. Even though it takes extra time to get on the base due to security, the driver never balked nor complained about the process. In fact, he thanked me for my service in the Air Force. Wow!


Of all the bids I got, AmeriFreight was not the cheapest...but it had the highest rating and a fair price...I guess you do get what you pay for!

I was very happy with my experience using AmeriFreight. They are first on my list next time I ship a car.
