AmeriFreight handled the shipping of my 2 SUVs to CT. The service from AmeriFreight was outstanding, they even contributed $500.00 to insure my cars were picked up on time! My cars were picked up on 6/3/09 and scheduled for delivery on 6/13/09. When I didn't hear from the driver, I called AmeriFreight. It turned out the transport driver failed to notify me of a delay in transport due to a mechanical problem with his truck. I spoke with Amy at AmeriFreight and she handled the entire problem. She was great! I would highly recommend AmeriFreight as they are prompt to resolve any problems and are very good at what they do. My cars arrived on 6/18/09. I do hope they consider using a different company/driver for transport. Communication is so important when you're waiting for your cars and Amy was available at a moment's notice to provide assistance. I am so impressed with the customer service I received. I would absolutely use them again. They are OUTSTANDING!
