I needed to ship a vehicle from Arkansas to California. After searching and reviewing several brokers, I decided to call and speak to someone by phone. AmeriFreight customer service rep answered the phone and helped with all the questions I had. She kept me up to date on what was happening. She kept in contact via email, phone, and text. Within three days, I had accepted an offer. The customer service rep worked around my schedule and resolved some unforeseen issues I had. The delivery driver was very professional and was able to deliver the vehicle a day earlier than scheduled. The other brokers I tried to call, either didn’t return my calls, or was extremely hard to reach. My overall experience with the AmeriFreight was excellent. I will use them again when I ship the vehicle back to Arkansas.
