i arranged this transport a small truck from LA to NJ very hastily and the staff accomodated that well- all contact and questions were satisfactorily handled- truly, everything was a pretty stressless ,easy exchange- the only thing that threw me for a loop-but ultimately was no problem whatsoever-was that the carrier asked me to meet him in the parking lot of a local WALMART to pick up the car rather than the DOOR TO DOOR delivery I was promised- this was never explained to me as an option, so i was a little put-off by the "surprise" element of that...but otherwise everyone I ever dealt with was courteous and professional and I would delfinatly use the company again and surely recommend you try them if you need a fast,reliable vehicle transport
