I received an initial bid that was a fantastic price, much lower than other options and competitors, for transporting our car from Los Angeles to the Kansas City area. I became skeptical once contacting them in person, as the operator let me know it might not be possible to actually achieve the excellent price quoted in the bid. I was lucky that I did not have any time restrictions so I was willing and had the flexibility to wait for a bid to come in that was similar to the price quoted. Within a day, that happened (within $30 or so). Excellent! When my car arrived, unfortunately, there was damage to the hood. The driver took full responsibility and paid promptly once it was fixed. During this process, AmeriFreight was highly communicative and accessible to assist in any way necessary. I REALLY appreciate the customer service and though there had been an issue, everything was resolved excellently. As we all know, sh*t happens and I was very pleased with the attentive and PRO-ACTIVE customer service. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
