We regret that we miscommunicated the process. We send rate explanations out with every quote, discuss the details with the custormer when an order is placed and also requires a customer to sign a contact with all the terms and conditions where everything possible is expalined in detail. However, we will follow up on this complaint and improve where we believe we can do better.
