This customer opted for our Economy rate, which is explained in detail both by our customer service agents over the phone and in writing. This option allows for customers to receive multiple shipping offers from carriers, of which they get to make the final decision to accept an offer or wait for one that better suits their price range. This rate often saves customers hundreds of dollars on their auto shipments. The customer opted to cancel their order after only one carrier offer. In addition, AmeriFreight never requires that customers leave a review. We appreciate all feedback from customers, as it helps us to constantly improve our customer experience. We provide customers with links to review sites at the end of their shipment, and it is always the customer's choice should they decide to write about their experience. The customer's statements in reference to our review process are entirely incorrect.
