I originally booked with another company that disappeared and went silent once I made the reservation. I was not able to speak with a live person and appeared to receive email messages generated by "bots" when I called to see why my car was not picked up. Several days after my original shipping date passed and with only a few days to spare, I cancelled my request with the other company and called AmeriFreight. AmeriFreight was awesome! They were able to give me more detailed information on what I might need to consider to obtain a hauler to our destination (Auburn, AL). With some modest adjustments to the price quoted by the other company, AmeriFreight immediately secured a hauler for me and the car was picked up on the last day we had available to meet our timelines. The car was delivered in good condition and on time. AmeriFreight's website says before you book with any other company you should call AmeriFreight first. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call AmeriFreight first. They saved the day for me.
