Perfect if the car had the keys with it

Prompt pickup and the car was delivered in perfect shape after only 3 days, on-time. The only negative was that the carrier took the car without the keys (he didn't speak to the right person at the location of pickup to get them) so I got the car without keys, which was a stressful situation. The keys are supposed to come later this week, the seller had to send them separately. I feel the driver shouldn't have picked up the car without making sure there were keys. However he was a nice guy, very pleasant to deal with.
