Chantell was my initial contact person and she did a great job of answering several of my questions including things other brokers were telling me. They contacted me promptly when Chantell was unavailable and they were very helpful and consistent. I never felt like I was speaking to someone who was trying to "sell" me a service despite their type of business. Amerifreight was able to provide information regarding the reliability of their carriers as well as choosing carriers who were reliable, professional, and trustworthy.
