Our need for auto transport was due to vehicle breakdown. Transport was needed from Las Vegas to Denver. This was our first experience with transport service. Being skeptical of carriers, I contacted 15 companies from the phone book and transportreviews.com. I was impressed with AmeriFrieght's FIVE star rating and A rate with the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with Kristin on Tuesday who immediately answered all my questions. The most important and impressive aspect of AmeriFrieght to me was without hesitation the assurance that I would receive a copy of the Certificate of Insurance for the carrier. I had a faxed copy within less that a half hour after signing the contract. (All other companies simply said they had the certificate on file, and would not give me a copy). We wanted an ASAP pickup as my son was still in Las Vegas. Lexlie called me and pickup was made that day, Wednesday, instead of the Friday first mentioned. I also spoke with Amy. Kristin, Leslie and Amy were all pleasant, friendly, and efficient in their respective roles. We were impressed with the carrier they contracted. Overall, AmeriFrieght gave us FIVE STAR service and we would most definetly use them again without any hesitation or reservation. We had prompt pickup and delivery of our vehicle with a professional company and people.
