We apologize for the high call volumes and may consider adding another fax line to assist in dividing the workload.
AmeriFreight always go beyond the expected to ensure that our carriers carry out our and the clients instructions. Sometimes for reasons beyond our control communications may be less than expected between a carrier and our customers. It is unfortunate that this review included non performance of the carrier as part of our service to the customer. We will continue to improve on reducing carrier issues as best we can and appreciate positive feedback.
