My aunt in California decided to give us her car but she was very picky about who should ship the car. She was also very nervous about the experience since she's elderly. After we decided to go with Amerifreight because I received a response right away with the quote, then all my questions were answered very promptly by Chantell in Sales dept. She was very attentive on what would work and arranging deposit, order, shipping details, and express shipment availability, etc. Amy in Customer Service was wonderful in assuring my Aunt about the "door-to-door" service. The car was picked up on exact day that was under our rate and the carrier was very responsive on our requests because my aunt couldn't drive out of her apartment complex. They stayed with her and assured her on each step of the shipment. She reported that the driver was able to answer all of her questions very patiently. I went with Amerifreight, even after getting several other lower offers because my emails were not answered right away by other carriers. I was able to pay with Paypal which is very secure and fast. The car arrived on Sunday night which worked out great since I would have to work the next day. The driver and carrier were very courteous and informed us on approximate time they would arrive. I definitely will use Amerifreight again for future shipments!
