I had excellent customer service with AmeriFreight as well as with Express Auto Transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication is the key and they did just that! They walk you through the whole procedure and make it pleasant. They addressed all my questions and concerns. I choose the economy package, which is the standby, and they did meet the time frame within 1 week for both pickup and delivery. The carrier came right up to my door and picked up my vehicle. The vehicle inspection cleared fast and easy. I liked, very much, how they called me 24 hours in advance to tell me when they were coming and gave me an estimated time. They have good incentives and the price was within my budget. I would definately use them again, if needed, and would recommend their service.
