This was the first time I ever had to have a car transported. Called and first spoke to Chantell, who was very helpful and set up my order. I had more questions come up before my pick up date, and every time I called and had to leave a msg, they returned my call in a timley manner. I spoke with Amy on one of my calls to upgrade from the economy rate to priority. Upgraded and my car was picked up the same day. The next day My car was delivered as promised :)
All in all a very easy to set up.
Amy and Chantell were happy to answer all my Questions.
Very happy with this service and would not hesitate to use Amerifreight again.
