I am so glad that I chose AmeriFreight. I researched loads of different companies, including their BBB ratings. I found that AmeriFreight had an A rating, and that was the reason why I chose them. I was not wrong! The customer service was great and extremely professional. I received all of my information (including contracts) by email, in a timely manner. I also secured my carrier within a day of me placing my deposit/hold with AmeriFreight. There were no gliches at all. And whenever I had a question or concern, I would call. And, they were never unavailable to speak with me at the times I called. I found AmeriFreight to be professional (which I truly appreciate), and true to their words. They were able to secure me a carrier with no problem, even though I only had a 48 hour window span for the pick-up. It still wasn't a problem. The carrier picked up and delivered on time. I was truly pleased with my service.
