Samantha Smith did a fantastic job of helping us secure a drive for shipping our car from West to East. She was always available to answer concerns and questions and made sure to give us the information in a timely manner. Samantha was a joy to work with and superior customer care service.
Samantha's attitude and customer service were beyond our expectations, however, the company we contracted with had terrible communication and AWFUL customer care service. They never called to inform us that the driver would be arriving later than we were originally told, and WE had to reach out to the company several times to get answers for things THEY should have contacted US about. When we reached out to them, they had terrible attitudes, customer care service, and you could hardly understand them because they mumbled.
We would give Samantha and AmeriFreight 9/10 because of their customer care service and working within our budget. We would be happy to recommend them to someone else.
However, we would never ever contract with the private shipping company again OR refer them to someone else. We believe AmeriFreight could find better companies to contract through.
