At first I was a little disappointed when I saw that the shipping process might take longer than anticipated because of the way they handle the economy rate customers (they put you on the list of cars wanting to be shipped at a low rate that may not get picked up right away). However, after 7 days they put $50 on top of it for you too expedite the process and right after that my car was promptly picked up and very quickly delivered.
The staff was friendly and very helpful working with me and my dad separately as we were in different locations. At times it was tough reaching the person I was working with but it never took longer than a day for them to get back to you.
Best part about the company is the price and value. They are way cheaper than any shipping company out there but they do not skimp on service with the low price making this company the ultimate valued car shipping company that I could find (and I looked at a lot!).
Overall it was a pleasant experience with little headache and work on my part and next time I have a car to ship I will be sure to use them again!
