They did not keep me up todated on carrier information. I do not like the fact that I had to call in order to find out what was happening with my car even though they said they would call me. Then I went from one person to another without them telling me. Over-all they weren't awful. It's very hard to find a reliable and trustworthy carrier. My car did make it, it just took a lot longer then expected because the first carrier fell through. It took awhile and I did not feel they really looked for another carrier fast enough. They did eventually find a carrier and it was more money then first quoted. I will say that the staff had nice mannerisms and were a pleasure to talk to.

It is unfortunate when a customer has less than a 100% satisfaction experience with any shipping company. We, especially, are saddened since AmeriFreight’s aim is to ensure each customer’s shipping experience a pleasure and hassle-free. Jennifer's original pickup was cancelled due to a truck breakdown; however, we worked daily to secure another carrier and were able to get that picked up within the 7 business day window that Jennifer had gone with by choosing the Economy Rate.
