I was looking to transport a car across the country and was having a hard time choosing a company. Most reviews are mixed on a lot of the companies. I choose AmeriFreight and I was glad that I did. Samantha worked to get a carrier to transport my car from the Midwest to California. She checked with me several times before and after the transport company picked up my car. Wave transport ( the carrier who came to get the car) was also very attentive. They set up a pick up time that was convenient for me and they called as the truck was getting close to make sure I was aware. The car arrived in California on time and without a hitch. The next day, Samantha from Amerifreight called to see if everything had gone well. I was very pleased and would use their service again if needed. Communication with me on all levels was exceptional and I appreciated it.
