I had a good experience with AmeriFreight this past week. I left a message on their 1-800 and received a call back within an hour. Jarrell was informative, polite and thorough. He emailed the pricing and insurance options for review. With my second call to Jarrell, he explained the AFta insurance options so I could better understand which policy I wanted. He was able to find 2 carriers available to pick up a day apart, promising 5-6 day delivery of my car from Austin TX to Winston-Salem NC. The carrier we chose who picked up my car was on schedule and the driver was detailed in his inspection, documenting for any dents, scratches, etc. before loading in the carrier truck. This was a Friday around 11:00. On Monday morning I called AmeriFreight to track where my car was and get an idea on ETA so I could let my brother know a time. I left a voicemail for Jarrell who was on another call. Within an hour, I received a call from my brother in Winston Salem stating the car had arrived at approximately 10:00 A.M. and was in good shape. So the 5-6 day delivery was right at 4 days! Jarrell gave me 2 follow-up calls to ask if we were satisfied with the transport. This was a very good experience for us.
