Excellent customer service from the start- I had been shopping around getting quotes and using this site to get reviews. I decided to call AmeriFreight and immediately got a quote from Chantelle. It was a little higher than the previous one I had received, but she was more than willing to match my lowest quote. From then on Amy was very helpful in answering my questions, emailing me the order forms and scheduling the pick up. She always got back to me right away and was great about working around our schedule. Once the pick up was made she provided me with a contact name and phone number to the carrier company. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
