If your vehicle doesn't mean much to you then use Amerifreight.

I don't even know where to start on this so I'll just make a list of things that went wrong for you:

1. Was originally quoted $850 ($230 deposit to Amerifreight / $620 to driver) but that all changed because they could not get a driver for $620 to move a vehicle across country so what they did was say they were going to give the driver $100 from their cut (making their deposit per say @ $130 instead of $230) and would bump up the fare to $720; however, that WAS NOT true at all. They didn't give the driver anything. I ended up having to come up with an additional $180 out of my pocket for the driver. I had to call Amerifreight and request that $100 dollars back in my Paypal account. They said they were going to send a refund check in the mail. Really? right.
2. BOGUS CHARGES appeared in my bank account. After the initial $230 was deducted out of my checking account I saw TWO MORE CHARGES come in. One was for $180 and the another was for $130. THAT WAS NOT IN MY CONTRACT!! I was able to catch this error quick and made numerous calls to Amerifreight. They said "It was by mistake". Really? I don't think so. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!
3. LATE on pickup! enough said.
4. Jeep came damaged ( front right bumper was bent). Awesome can this get any better? What a nightmare.
5. This Rebate stuff is a scam as well. That $300 gas rebate is crap/ Make sure you read all the details.
5 And finally, you have to write a good review for this company in order to qualify for their $50 rebate check. They boast about their "5 star" rating and want their ratings to stay high but this whole experience was nothing less than a bad dream. I'm guessing that a lot of these other reviews are favored towards Amerifrieght's because people are selling out. Not me, you can keep that $50 Amerifreight and kiss it. I will never use them again nor will I promote business for them.

You get what you paid for; that is the bottom line. Lesson I had to learn the hard way.

It is regrettable when a customer's experience with AmeriFreight is anything less than excellent. In all instances we have been totally honest with Brandon and have acted according to the agreement signed by Brandon. It is unfortunate that Brandon had negative comments about money paid back when he was not sure that he will receive it back. We have certain policies with regards to refunds and rebates and we ALWAYS pay customers moneys due to them. Our finance department responded immediately to the extra charges Brandon incurred and he was refunded back the correct amount. The customer did choose the economy rate, which is the standby rate. As stated on the terms/conditions as well as our order form, money may need to be added if the vehicle has not been picked up within 7 days. the customer's vehicle was insured from pickup to delivery; therefore, as long as the damage was noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery by the customer, the insurance company will compensate for damages. In reference to the vouchers, it seems that there may have been some confusion. As stated on our website: http://www.amerifreight.net/quoteconditions.html less than excellent ratings do not disqualify a customer from their rebate.
