It is regrettable when a customer's experience with AmeriFreight is anything less than excellent. In all instances we have been totally honest with Brandon and have acted according to the agreement signed by Brandon. It is unfortunate that Brandon had negative comments about money paid back when he was not sure that he will receive it back. We have certain policies with regards to refunds and rebates and we ALWAYS pay customers moneys due to them. Our finance department responded immediately to the extra charges Brandon incurred and he was refunded back the correct amount. The customer did choose the economy rate, which is the standby rate. As stated on the terms/conditions as well as our order form, money may need to be added if the vehicle has not been picked up within 7 days. the customer's vehicle was insured from pickup to delivery; therefore, as long as the damage was noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery by the customer, the insurance company will compensate for damages. In reference to the vouchers, it seems that there may have been some confusion. As stated on our website: http://www.amerifreight.net/quoteconditions.html less than excellent ratings do not disqualify a customer from their rebate.
