My son relocated from TN to UT. He did not want his wife (2 kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat) to drive that long distance so he opted to leave his car here & do all the driving. He really needed a 2nd vehicle so after reviewing transport companies I contacted Amerifreight. Best thing I could have ever done! I cannot say enough good things about my agent, Samantha Smith! She explained everything & answered all my questions. She was in constant contact with me via e-mail & phone.She made me feel like I was her only customer. Due to time constraints I couldn't accept the 1st carrier offer. In a few days she had a offer that was just what I needed. I had several family contact sources to make this happen. I accepted the offer; carrier contacted the in-laws for pick up; my son & daughter-in-law were in constant contact with driver on the road (1586 miles). Car was picked up on 8/3 & was in my son's driveway 8/6 as promised We all give all of those involved a huge "thumbs up". Could not ask for a better experience! If the need ever arose again I would definitely use them again. If you have an auto transport need I strongly advise you to contact Amerifreight!! Everyone involved in this process were awesome!!
