My car was due to arrive in San Francisco 2 days after I arrived from Cleveland. Instead, when I landed at San Francisco Airport, I had a phone message that the car was already there! I couldn't pick it up that day, but did the next (still a day early) and everything went smoothly, my car being in perfect condition. Tara Wright, who booked the shipment, was a delight to work with, particularly excellent in responding promptly to my phone calls and emails. It is important to remember that her position is that of a matchmaker... the price she quotes are some computer's guess at what the cost will be. What the driver will actually accept as payment can be (and in my case was) considerably higher than the computer's guess.
