I found AmeriFreight through doing a lot of googling and reading reviews, having not known anything about how to ship a car. Samantha was great about being available to answer my questions. My only critique, which is more about the system than the company, is that there isn’t really a guarantee that the carrier will be able to pick up during the allotted window so I got a little nervous as the first day of my availability window passed without hearing anything. Also, I originally priced a quote for an enclosed carrier and although I switched to an open carrier didn’t end up saving any money. At the end of the day it was money I had budgeted for and everything worked out as advertised, so I really have no complaints. I’d certainly use them again now that I’ve seen how it all works.
