When shipping my car across country, I chose AmeriFreight because of the reviews I had seen online and the customer service I received before committing to the company. They immediately called me back when I had left a message after hours and explained the entire process to me. Every time I called with a question, the person answering the call would help me or my main point of contact would call me back as soon as she was available. My car was picked up and delivered on the exact dates I needed and AmeriFreight communicated with me the entire time what the schedule would be. When my car arrived with additional damage that occurred during the shipment (DUE TO NO FAULT OF AMERIFREIGHT) my representative at Amerifreight gave me additional information on the process of filing a claim and put me in contact with the appropriate people.
For someone that had never shipped a car before, Amerifreight was exactly what I needed from a car shipping company. The friendly customer service, level of competence from all employees, and excellent communication are just the beginning of why I would recommend only one company to ship your car...Amerifreight.
