Better service than I expected. Broker (Samantha Smith) told me what to expect, what would happen. Transport driver called me at several points in transition and kept me informed as to where he was and when to expect him. Did very detailed inspection, I felt absolutely confident that I was receiving top rated service. No question, would use them again.
