Let me start by saying the representative Harry Davis that helped me was great to work with and I absolutely give him 5 stars. He was very responsive to emails and calls and answered my questions. The delivery process all went fine, but the reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that I question the utility of this service. I wish I would have spent a little more time looking for options that put me in direct contact with the company that's actually driving the truck.
