Picking the company was the hardest part, the system is a little confusing, as you bid your vehicle transport price, and hope that someone will be going where you need to go. Beyond that, the process went fairly well, once a carrier accepted at my bid. They showed up as scheduled, loaded the vehicle without a problem, secured it nicely, and delivered on-time nearly 2500 miles away. No complaints, I experienced good customer service and no hidden costs.
