I always like working with Graham. However, if they are going to sub-contract out with companies AND individuals in this business, they ABSOLUTELY
have to use shippers that are going to LISTEN to them AND follow advice. ALL vehicles MUST be delivered during the day for proper inspection. In my case, the trucker wanted to drop off the vehicle 10 hours early at night. I could NOT adequately see the car to give my opinion as to its condition in darkness.The trucker left me no choice in the matter and dropped it off at night and took off. I asked Amerifreight to step in and ask the driver to stick to the time we ALL AGREED to which was around noon the next day. Graham attempted to reason with the driver but they would not listen. Bad deal for business, I think.
