The scheduling process was easy and efficient. On the recieving end, the driver did tell us on the planned day of delivery to wait for him and never called back or arrived. He did call the following morning and tell us he was still 12 hours away. The people at the main number were helpful in tracking him down and other than the delivery I was satisfied.
