I had nothing but excellent costumer service with Graham Turner. He answered all of my questions and always followed up with me letting me know they are working on my order and finding me different bids until I was comfortable with one. He strived to keep me satisfied.However, the bid I accepted to the guys name was David from David's trucking and he was rude to the people that were shipping my car for me at the pickup location.He even yelled at a stranger who was trying to give him directions.And much more. Talk about unprofessional. I relayed my concerns with Graham and he quickly changed the situation around. The next time I spoke with David his attitude was much better. I absolutely recommend Ameri-Frieght and Graham Turner for anyone's shipping needs. Even though I had a not so great experience with the actual shipper who is not associated with Graham. Graham was doing his job. I also got a very early delivery which I was incredibly happy about. My car was picked up October 1st from. California and delivered to NY October 7th. Overall I was very satisfied with this company. No damages or stolen items.
