The customer chose to ship with the Priority Rate option. About 99% of the time priorities are picked up within 2 business days. In this situation the vehicle had not had a carrier secured within the promised 2 business day window. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused Mr. Linnert. In order to get this vehicle dispatched quickly and to help offset additional cost to Mr. Linnert, our office split the difference of the additional amount with the customer.
